Education is Focus for Houston Community Management Services
Darlene Ingle and Mendi Carpenter Complete CAI Courses with Sights Set on Obtaining Their PCAM Certification
Houston, TX February 4, 2010 - Houston Community Management Services (HCM), an Associa company, proudly announces Darlene Ingle & Mendi Carpenter successfully completed Community Association Institutes courses “Community Governance (M204)” and “Risk Management (M205).” These courses are just two of a series of courses community managers must complete to become eligible to earn the certification, Professional Community Association Management (PCAM) through Community Association Institute (CAI).

Darlene Ingle joined Houston Community Management Services in 2003. Ms. Ingle currently manages a portfolio of communities consisting of condominiums, townhomes and single family homes. Mendi Carpenter joined Houston Community Management Services in 2009. Ms. Carpenter currently manages a portfolio of communities consisting of condominiums, townhomes and single family homes.
CAI is the national organization representing the interests of condominium, townhome, commercial and homeowner associations throughout the United States. CAI provides a number of tools and resources for homeowners, board members and industry professionals to help promote and improve the well being of those in common interest communities.
