Aly L. Long, CMCA®, AMS®
Aly L. Long serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Houston Community Management overseeing the daily operations of the company. Having served the firm well in positions of significant responsibility prior to her assignment to this executive post, Ms. Long is eminently qualified to fill this important leadership role.
With Ms. Long’s experience in human resources and managing customer service operations, Ms. Long’s expertise in these critical areas of the company, makes her a significant asset to the firm.
Ms. Long’s professional experience includes over thirteen years in community association management in addition to all phases of commercial property management, including office buildings, office service centers, shopping centers as well as resort property management with particular expertise in large scale master planned community management.
Ms. Long is currently working towards obtaining her PCAM designation (Professional Community Association Manager) awarded by the Community Association Institute (CAI).
LeJean Griffith, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®
As Vice-President, LeJean Griffith has over 20 years of professional experience in the real estate and municipal fields. Her expertise in human resources and risk management make her a valuable asset to the company. LeJean also manages a portfolio of select community associations, two of which have received the Community Associations Institute's Community of the Year Award.
As a registered Tax Assessor/Collector, Ms. Griffith has extensive experience in human resources, quality and risk management. While working in city government Ms. Griffith gained valuable experience working with residents, developers and contractors, gaining a great deal of knowledge in the construction and planning of parks, utilities, and streets.
