HCM Hosts “Paws & Policies” Webinar

Associa Houston Community Management Services recently hosted a webinar providing information on HOA responsibilities related to assistance animal accommodations. The event washosted by Directors of Community Growth and Development Erica Morgan and Erica Slater and guest speaker David Berk of Holt Tollett, PC. They clarified thelegal differences between pets, service animals, and assistance animals, outlined what HOAs may and may not require, and shared best practices forhandling accommodation requests.
